    Another mighty fine “SFTW” – my weekly dose of delight ! Thank you !

    Especially love the predictions from 1911 about 2011 – a wry smile at “Everybody Will Walk Ten Miles….A man or a woman unable to walk ten miles at a stretch will be regarded as a weakling”. So ironic that this is from an American publication where, since 1911, the concept of walking seems to have been largely replaced by driving a car even the shortest distance !
    Am now wondering what another 100 years will bring…predictions for 2111 anyone ?
